We take pride in creating high-quality jewelry pieces. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from FuegoJewels within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- 1The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
- 2You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- 3The item is not a custom or personalized piece
- 4The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
- 5The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- 1Log into your FuegoJewels account and navigate to your order history
- 2Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- 3Follow the prompts to generate a return authorization and shipping label
- 4Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
- 5Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at the designated carrier

Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds include the purchase price but do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will either arrange for a return and full refund or send a replacement item.
